The Senior IT System Administrator (Access Management Subject Matter Expert) will be responsible for managing all user and system access within MWD's infrastructure and assigning levels of privilege to system administrators. This position will also be responsible for managing service accounts, the privilege access manager, the vaulting server, distribution lists, and deprovisioning users as necessary. The Senior IT System Administrator must be able to use Active Directory, Cloud Solutions, ticketing tools, endpoint management tools, vaulting users in applications and privileged access manager.
As a Cybersecurity technical expert, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and experience to help protect the network and systems of the United States’ largest distributor of treated water. As part of your role, you will be responsible for providing and revoking secure access to Information Technology (IT) systems.
You will also be responsible for providing back-up for multifactor authentication and internal and external public key infrastructure and be responsible for after-hour assistance with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Schedule: 9/80 Monday through Friday with alternating Fridays off

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and six years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of relevant experience.
Relevant Experience is defined as: hands-on experience (using, updating, modifying) provisioning and deprovisioning in Active directory; working with privileged access management, Service accounts, Privilege escalation and elevation, and/or break-glass scenarios.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Employees in this position may be required to obtain and maintain the following certifications, licensing and registrations:
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
