As an Administrative Analyst in the Bay-Delta Initiative Group, your primary responsibilities will include contract development and administration; preparing and monitoring assigned budgets, monitoring expenditures, invoices, documents and reporting on variances; preparing a variety of budget, financial, cash flow, cost benefit analyses and reports; researching and analyses on assigned projects; and preparing and presenting reports.
In this role you will use initiative and judgment in providing support on time-sensitive assignments in our team-based environment. The ability to build strong working relationships, communicate effectively, being attentive to detail, and organized is important for this department.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years relevant experience; or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years relevant experience; or four years as a MWD Administrative Assistant III.
Relevant Experience is defined as: work experience with processing invoices and assisting in the preparation of budgets, contracts, and reports.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
