As an IT Support Analyst I, you will provide customer assistance and support on software and hardware issues, which includes SCCM Software packaging and patching. You will coordinate reservations, loaning, and returning of equipment and will provide technical support to Metropolitan Board Employees as requested.
Within this role you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your technical skills and exceptional customer service. This position will troubleshoot, monitor, and support software and hardware; provide technical assistance to customers, respond to requests regarding Software installations, creating software packages, and OS patching in SCCM.
This position will also receive customer requests, provide technical support, develop solutions, and verify results. You will assist with creating information technology related documentation and may provide user training. Assists in systems planning, analysis and recommending enhanced business solutions. Also assists with design, analysis, evaluation, testing and implementation of solutions.
Schedule: 9/80 Monday through Friday with every other Friday off

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: A high school diploma or certificate of high school equivalency and two years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Relevant Experience is defined as: providing technical support related to hardware and mobile devices, and scripting and creating software packaging and system patches using an SCCM tool.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
