Responsibilities will include software/hardware deployment, system administration, software quality testing, small technical project management, consulting, maintenance and troubleshooting in a mixed client, Microsoft Active Directory, enterprise computing environment.
- Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience, typically 1-3 years, administering desktop and laptop workstations in an enterprise computing environment.
- Experience with basic Windows and Mac troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience managing Windows Vista operating systems in an enterprise computing environment.
- Knowledge of deploying software using Microsoft SMS & SCCM.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding teaming skills and customer service attitude.

- Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience managing Mac OS X clients in an Active Directory, enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting technology in a higher educational setting.
- Programming or scripting knowledge
- Technical curiosity and problem solving skills
