Women’s Job List is a premier online career platform dedicated to empowering women in the workforce. Founded in 1999, we were created to give employers a tool to promote diversity and inclusion within their workplaces and to provide job seekers with easy access to those companies.
Since then, we have successfully matched thousands of job seekers with diversity-minded employers - among them major brands such as Microsoft, UPS, Benjamin Moore, Pratt & Whitney and many Fortune 1000 companies.

Ann Hughes is a nationally recognized speaker, consultant, and author who has dedicated her career to elevating women in the workplace. As the Founder and President of The Female Affect, she draws on her extensive executive experience in a male-dominated industry and her advanced education in Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development from Iowa State University to deliver tangible strategies that help women thrive professionally.Recognized as a leading authority on women’s economic impact, Ann has been featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, National Underwriter, Investment News, Accounting Today and Financial Planning Magazine.
She partners with major organizations - including AIG, Genworth, Mutual of Omaha, and Sammons Financial Group - to develop best practices that increase visibility, foster advancement, and strengthen female talent pipelines.
Ann’s passion extends to helping women own their careers. She offers workshops and keynotes on topics ranging from leadership development to client outreach tailored for female professionals.
Through her book on balancing parenthood and a demanding career, Ann shares personal insights and real-world strategies for successfully integrating work and family life. In all her endeavors, Ann remains committed to showcasing the economic power of women and advocating for the growth and success of every female professional.
He previously served as Senior Vice President at Kaleidoscope Global, a venture builder, where he guided talent acquisition for over 100 online businesses. In addition, he was a Vice President at Appjobs, a leading job board for temporary and contract work.
Max holds a Master’s degree in Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and completed graduate studies at Harvard University and INSEAD in Paris. His background in HR, entrepreneurship, and finance has enabled him to drive effective hiring strategies and support business growth in a variety of sectors.
